Accessibility Statement
Last reviewed: October 5, 2026
SalesCoach365 wants everyone on a sales team to be able to train with us, including people with disabilities. This statement covers our website at https://salescoach365.net and the SalesCoach365 web application.
Our goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content usable by people with a wide range of disabilities, including blindness and low vision, deafness and hearing loss, limited movement, and cognitive disabilities.
We have not yet had an independent accessibility audit. The information below comes from our own testing, and we are continuing to improve.
What we do on our website
- Keyboard access. You can reach and use every link, button, and form field with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline showing where you are.
- Screen reader support. Pages use headings, landmarks, labels, and a set page language so assistive technology can navigate them. The dropdowns on our demo request form follow the WAI-ARIA combobox pattern.
- Motion you control. The animated product walkthrough can be paused and stepped through, and it has a text description for screen readers. If your device is set to reduce motion, animations are turned off and the walkthrough shows a still view.
- Readable design. We check text and controls against WCAG AA color contrast, and the layout adapts to phones and to browser zoom.
- Easy to tap. Buttons and links are large enough, and far enough apart, to meet the WCAG 2.2 target size guideline.
What we do in the web application
- Text or voice. Every roleplay can be practiced by typing, so voice mode is never required.
- Light and dark themes. You can switch between light and dark appearance.
- Labeled controls. Toggle buttons, such as the Text and Voice switch, tell screen readers whether they are on or off.
Known limitations
- Application testing. The web application has had less keyboard and screen reader testing than our website. We are working through it now.
- Voice mode is a real-time spoken conversation, so it depends on speaking and hearing. Text mode offers the same scenarios and feedback.
- Inactivity sign-out. For security, the application signs you out after 30 minutes of inactivity. Your completed sessions, scores, and feedback are saved to your account.
- AI-generated content. Roleplay replies and feedback are written by AI, so their wording and length vary from session to session.
If something here gets in your way, or you find a problem we haven't listed, please tell us.
How we test
We test with automated accessibility checks (axe-core), keyboard-only navigation, reduced-motion settings, and phone, tablet, and desktop screen sizes. We repeat these checks when we make significant changes.
Compatibility
SalesCoach365 is designed to work with current versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari, and with the screen readers and other assistive technologies that run on them. Internet Explorer is not supported.
Feedback and help
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of SalesCoach365. If you run into a barrier, need information in a different format, or need help using any part of the Services, email us at [email protected] with "Accessibility" in the subject line. Please tell us the page or feature, what you were trying to do, and the browser and assistive technology you use.
We aim to respond within 2 business days.
